Payment conditions:

• If you have chosen to guarantee your booking by credit card, we will authorise your card approximately 1 week before arrival. This is not a payment but may be indicated as such by certain bank applications. Payment can be made at the hotel using your preferred method, after which we will release the authorisation/reservation on your card.
• If you have chosen our non-refundable rate, we will charge the card immediately.

Generic cancellation conditions (Individual booking)

• Before 12h, 2 days before arrival: without costs
• After 12h, 2 days before arrival: the first night will be charged
• In case of no-show: the entire stay will be charged
• In case of non-refundable booking: booking non-modifiable and non-refundable

Special cancellation conditions (Groups*)

• Between 7 and 0 Day(s): 100.00 %.
• Between 21 and 8 Day(s): 50.00 %
• More than 3 weeks: 25 EUR

(*) Groups: each booking as from 3 rooms
